Our Story
Shenzhen Miaoshi Diet Management Group (深圳缪氏饮食管理集团) is a nationally recognized restaurant and catering organization in China, founded by Miao brothers in 1990. Since the opening of its flagship restaurant in Shenzhen, the Miaoshi Diet Management Groups has grown to become the premier culinary brand in Guangdong Province, offering first-class service and delicious Sichuan cuisine across a portfolio of 15 one-of-a-kind restaurants and catering facilities.
Miao brothers were committed to creating the most distinctive dining experiences for customers and therefore dedicated tremendous time and effort to design the experiences from dishes to the environment to services. After years of experiments and iterations, Miaoshi has developed a well-loved dining culture and is offering a destination perfect for any appetite, mood, and occasion. Several well-regarded signatures about Miaoshi restaurants include the culture infusion program - live cultural performances inside restaurants, and the conservational interior design - restoring an exclusive collection of antique furniture from the Ming and Qing dynasties and incorporating them into modern restaurants practicality.
